Note: Metropolitan Maid Services house cleaning services staff does not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be cleaned with a dusting extension. We do not move furniture but will do our best to reach under raised pieces. Cleaning services do not include cleaning metal blinds, all others will be feather dusted unless you request the cleaning services to include washing them with a damp cloth (additional charges apply). Only a deep cleaning service can assure a thorough cleaning of the blinds. Please understand that there will be some dust re-settling after we leave, we will do our best to limit this. While cleaning services do include oven cleaning and/or stove tops; MMS cannot guarantee that they will be back to pristine condition due to possible build up and/or corrosion. PLEASE remember we guarantee our cleaning services; if you are unhappy with your cleaning, call within 24 hours we will come back out.
